Care Levels Levels of Care
The Manorhouse Levels of Care Program ensures that residents receive the care they need and pay only for the services they require. This allows residents to remain within the community as their needs change and provides an environment conducive to the well-being of each resident. All residents are assessed by the Director of Resident Care prior to moving in and periodically thereafter to keep their care plans tailored to their individual needs. As part of our exclusive Manorhouse CheckPoint Program Program, this enhances and protects their quality of life through coordinated and integrated service delivery.
