About Dining at Manorhouse

Dining is about more than just satisfying your appetite. Sharing a meal together is a social experience that can bring enjoyment and satisfaction. At Manorhouse, we focus on several aspects of our residents' dining experience: nutrition, socialization and service.

Of course, proper nutrition is of primary concern to ensure the health and wellness of our residents. Our chefs prepare menus that are reviewed by a registered dietitian and monitored through the Manorhouse CheckPoint Program Program. In addition, we can accommodate special dietary requirements of our residents.

Manorhouse residents are provided three nutritious meals daily with snacks offered throughout the day. We understand the special dietary needs of our residents and make sure that everyone's nutritional needs are met. For example, we ensure that residents with diabetes who have to maintain a certain blood-sugar level receive a snack in the evening.

At every meal, the residents of most of our communities have a choice of three entrees and several vegetable selections, as well as desert options. All menu plans are reviewed by a resident committee to ensure that we are offering our residents a variety of interesting and nutritious meals.

Every dining experience is an opportunity to socialize and relax. Our beautifully decorated dining rooms and well trained wait staff assure that our residents enjoy the luxuries of fine restaurant-style dining in their own home. Our wait staff is committed to serving all meals with unsurpassed attentiveness, friendliness and care.
