The Manorhouse Levels of Care Program ensures that residents receive the care they need and pay only for the services they require. This allows residents to remain within the community as their needs change and provides an environment conducive to the well-being of each resident. All residents are assessed by the Director of Resident Care prior to moving in and periodically thereafter to keep their care plans tailored to their individual needs. As part of our exclusive Manorhouse Program, this enhances and protects their quality of life through coordinated and integrated service delivery.

Assisted Living, Level 1-5
At Manorhouse we provide our residents with the individualized care and services they need in an upscale, residential environment. Each resident's service fee is based upon our Levels of Care Program that includes five Levels of Care. Each level is customized to the individual resident's needs. Level 1 care is included in the base monthly rental fee, while care at Levels 2-5 is provided at additional monthly fees. Our Level 1 care includes many services that you will find other assisted living providers charge for at higher rates. Residents are assessed upon admission and periodically thereafter to make sure their Level of Care is appropriate.

It is important that you understand the care level programs for each assisted living provider you are considering. Should you have any questions, your Manorhouse community representative will gladly review our Level of Care assessment form with you, as well as the monthly charge for each care level.* The community representative will also answer your questions regarding the variety of assisted living services available today. In reviewing the program, you will notice that Manorhouse provides a wide range of care and services to ensure that each of our residents receive the care they need, without paying unnecessary services.

Life Connections^TM Program at The Pavilion
The Life Connections^TM Program provides specialized care and services for residents who require a higher level of assistance than is typically offered in an assisted living setting. Residents generally have dementia and related disorders such as Alzheimer's Disease. Residents enjoy all of the care, services and amenities provided in our Levels of Care Program, plus increased staff attention in a safe, monitored and supportive environment. Specialized care and daily structured programming are provided to meet the unique needs of Pavilion residents. A customized activities program emphasizes each resident's strengths, promotes independence, and provides opportunities for socialization. The Life Connections^TM Program has been developed to enhance the quality of life and maintain the dignity of each resident.

As in our assisted living program, we also offer a Levels of Care Program for our Life Connections residents. This program helps insure that residents receive the care and attention they require. Your community representative will gladly review the Life Connections Level of Care Program with you.

*The Level of Care assessment scale and monthly charges may be adjusted from time to time to better reflect the care needs of our residents and to help insure that the community has all the resources available to meet those needs.
